View Full Version : Can't send a reply email to TigerDirect

Hi.

I just recently signed up with Steadfast, and so far I'm very happy. I have a slight problem though, and I was hoping someone might shed a light on what the problem might be.

I entered a contest draw at TigerDirect, but to complete my entry I have to send a reply back to the email address it came from. But when I hit reply and send the email bounces and I get the following back:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.nozonenet.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

That's the message in it's entirety. I tried Googling it, but didn't find anything helpful. Anyone have any idea what I could try to fix it, or should I submit a trouble ticket?

I've not ever seen that issue. It is an error given by the remote host for not suggesting the message. It might be useful to find a way to contact TigerDirect to determine why that message might be given, but I kind of doubt that it would help much.

You could open a support ticket, but I'd suspect they're going to pretty much say the same thing. However, it may be useful to contact them to see if they've seen similar issues previously. Someone may also know what that error message means.
