I've been with Steadfast for my third month now, I chose them as my Chicago location of choice after desperatly searching for a permanent central datacenter for our companys gameservers. I currently own 2 boxes with them, both setup in a promised timeframe, and both performing flawlessly. I'm leaning towards getting my third box (most likely colocated) in the next week and will not regret a single penny.
When in need of additional memory, or an operating system format, the support was onhand and immediate, and open to performing the task at a flexable time.
All in all, if you are looking for a no hype, no hassle company with some of the friendliest support techs, this is the place to go. Now if only you expanded to the Tristate Area (NJ/NY), I'd have a line of customers waiting at your doorstep, including my self! :P
