When managing plan settings, there is an option to turn off Contact info. I read the H-Sphere documentation and found this explanation...
Contact info: it's highly recommended to use this feature only for admin plans! With this feature turned OFF, user contact info will be unavailable which will disable billing for all accounts under this plan and sending system email notifications.:confused:
The grammar still has me a bit confused. Just to clarify, if I turn this setting off does it mean that all billing within H-Sphere for that plan is turned off? And the plan recipient will never get an email from H-Sphere? Any email or just billing emails?
