Hi.

I'm interested by one of you package but have a few questions before making my decision:

* Do you accept non-english websites?

* What webmail client do you use? Horde?

* Do you provide htaccess folder protection?

* If ever I decide to upgrade my package, say after 6 months, do I receive a rebate on the higher package?

* Is the renewal automatic after one year?

Yes, we do.

* What webmail client do you use? Horde?

We use Horde and SQWebMail

* Do you provide htaccess folder protection?

Yes, you have full access to use .htaccess

* If ever I decide to upgrade my package, say after 6 months, do I receive a rebate on the higher package?

You will get credited for the unused portion of the plan. There is absolutely no punishment when upgrading your plan.

* Is the renewal automatic after one year?

Yes, it is, but you can cancel at anytime, and set it to cancel at the end of your billing period, right from the control panel.

* Where are your servers located?

All of our servers are located in our cages in Equinix in Chicago.
