HTACCESS Protect Question(s)

Is there a way that I can remove the Protection from a folder? I was messing around and accidently put the protection on my main folder.
If anyone can help me that would be awesome.

Hello,

If you have shell access, you can easily remove this by editing the .htaccess file or renaming it. I have renamed it to .htaccess.backup for now.
