I have been with steadfast for a while now (around 5 months) so I have decided to review your hosting service in my website (about web hosting). Please ignore the huge hostgator banner on top :). It is a positive review. I wanted to put my affiliate link but I think the review would be less credible.

Since I can't post links yet I put the link in my signature.

Greetings,
Dan

Nice review there, Dan. Just as what you write; I haven't seen any negative talk regarding Steadfast either.

As I've been getting stellar customer support and an overall good experience with Steadfast, I can't do anything but to recommend them to colleagues and friends in need of a rock-solid platform and to a good price.

One thing I appreciate about Steadfast is that their organization seem to be "flat", which in it's turn means that you always know that you'll get treated well.

pfft :P

Btw, anyone used Hostgator? I've read about (former?) customers reporting about Hostgator being quite triggerhappy when it comes to de-activating user-accounts.

Ask over at WHT, not here.

It was in the same train of thought, so to speak. I have read some Hostgator threads over at WHT, thus "I've read about (former?) customers reporting about Hostgator being quite triggerhappy when it comes to de-activating user-accounts." :)

Henrik:

I don't think we'll be bashing our competitors anytime soon, nor will we be start attacking them anytime soon.

Oh, I didn't speak about bashing nor attacking anyone. Not HostGator or anyone else. I actually stand positive towards Hostgator generally.

It is usually unwise to talk about and invite discussion on a companies competitors in their own forum.

I agree on that on the behalf of the Steadfast people, but for the rest of us...

Well,we're on Steadfast's forum now,right ?:P

Are ye an employee? :P

Seriously though, one really good thing about Steadfast is the high quality of services+support for a good price. I am under the impression that Steadfast Networks are growing mostly through word of mouth referrals because of the good aspects of them and their serviceminded business idea.

I'm technically not an employee of Steadfast since I don't get paid, but I consider what I do as an internship (Kevin may change that if he so desires.)

While definitely we're service and customer oriented, we also know that we have much to improve on. We rather not lower our product quality by attacking or criticizing our competitors.

If you wish to make an evaluation of one of our competitors, please do so over at WebHostingTalk, SitePoint or another appropiate forum :).

Yet again, I am not asking anyone to attack competitors, and I am certainly not asking you - since you're affiliated with Steadfast :)

Though on-topic; There is a larger chance to get "scammed" by operations running cPanel (not at all targeted towards HostGator), as it is quite an easy solution to set up and the people offering cPanel hosting also knows that quite a few customers that are using cPanel to hop around from ISP to ISP.

This is of course a subjective view, though personal experiences as well as material on the Internet seem to suggest this.

You guys can talk about whatever you want, I don't care and we're not going to censor it. Just don't count on me or anyone else directly associated with Steadfast to be joining in on that conversation.
