We have our gaming server hosted now at Steadfast, and it's been a pleasure dealing with Karl and Ray.

Today I visited my server, and upgraded the CPU, RAM and NIC card. When I rebooted my computer. I had to reactivate the Windows O/S. I had forgotten my cell phone at home, but Ray went out of his way and used his Cell phone so I could reactivate Windows. Thanks again Ray!

They are great guys to deal with!

I agree, Steadfast Networks has been outstanding. I've only been here for a couple of months, but I think they have already outdone any other host I have been with since 1998. :D

I am very impressed with the network. I can only offer one suggestion for improvement...keep servers in stock...lol

you know you've found a gem when supply can't keep up with demand...

You should probably promote the forums a little more on the Steadfast website. IMHO, I think the links to the forums aren't too terribly obvious, and some people need obvious.

Great looking website, by the way. Every time I see such good looking site that's XHTML compliant, I almost cream my shorts.

put a direct link to the forums on the steadfast home page. and make it noticeable. and reduce the approval time for getting registered. i wanted to post something the other day and i've forgotten what i wanted to post in the time it's taken for my registration to get approved. btw, i'm not suggesting removing the human approval process, just make it a higher priority if you really want to see more activity in these forums.

fwiw, i've only recently started to investigate steadfast, and so far the biggest minus is the lack of forum participation. one of the greatest assets any isp can have is an active community forum.

peace,
david

We're definitely working on some things to try to improve forum participation, and hopefully those things aren't too far off. We have a great user community here and we've noted that as one thing we could make much better use of, with the forum being the best medium for that.

Is there anything else you would specifically like to see in the forums, other than quicker user moderation and then better linking from our main web site?

Well you guys seems to be making some good money now... maybe its time to purchase a real forum? phpBB is okay, but I like vBull better.

I would love for these forums to be more active so I can waste more of my time on the intarweb :P

Same Opinion here. :) Glad to be with you guys..

Shared server is also not bad except some MySQL blackouts. :D
