Network: Carrier Issues PCCW Circuit

We are currently experiencing issues with one of our PCCW Circuits in Chicago

As of 2:00am CST, we are experiencing some issues with one of our PCCW circuits. While our circuit appears to be operating normally, there appear to be some issues with PCCW in Chicago that are causing some routing issues to our customers in the pacific/central region. The problem seems to be occurring to traffic outgoing via one of the PCCW circuits, indicating that the issue is beyond our direct control.

We have contact PCCW to get this issue resolved.

Just an update.

This issue appears to be resolved. We have restored PCCW service to premium network customers. All routes appear to be operating as normal.

It would seem that the issue was a result of some peering issues between PCCW and Global Crossing. The exact details of this incident have not been disclosed at this time.
