I used to have hosting with 1and1...The only good thing about them was their prices. Their support was terrible/nonexistant and there service was godaweful aswell. Someone told me this company is the way to go. I bought the package for 19.95$ a month and everything is perfect, except I have one question. With 1and1 I could have multiple domains point at the same location. For example: test1.com and test2.com went to the exact same folder and files. With Steadfast it seems they point at different locations. Can I change/adjust this? :?: :?: :?:

Hi tj007s13!
Glad you are enjoying our services thus far. What you are talking about is called "Parking a Domain Name". The H-Sphere control panel performs Domain Parking a little differently than what 1and1 offered but there are other ways you can go about doing a domain parking based on the page you want.
What Domain Name Registrar are you currently using and do you have a private IP for your shared hosting account?
If you do not have a private IP address then the easiest way is to create URL forwarding from your registrar to the website you wish to use. Mostly every registrar offers the option of URL forwarding for free.
Another option you may want to look at is creating a new domain name account and then adding a php/javascript to forward the domain name you desire.
If you have your own IP address you can do the following on our control panel system:
1) Login to your account and click on Domains under the Main category.
2) Click Add New Domain (Up arrow on a piece of paper) icon. It will be located to the right of where it says Add New Domain.
3) Scroll down until you find Parking and add the domain name with the IP address for your account. Note: you may need to customize the IP's main index page which will once again forward the domain to the requested IP address.
If any of these works let me know. If you are still having difficulties please do not hesitate to contact us via our e-mail/ticket support system for further assistance.
If you have anymore questions about the methods above don't hesitate to reply.

Nice, Thanks!! One more question...This one about policy...
I have 100gb of BW...Does my site automatically turn off after that or atleast alert me of the fact if I go over?

Our policy is always to keep a good communication barrier with the customer.
For shared hosting:
At 80% you will get an e-mail warning.
If you go over 200% of your allocated bandwidth, then your account is automatically suspended
Of course you would be billed for additional bandwidth overcharges in the upcoming month.

How often does the control panel update with your Bandwidth stats? and how much is the fee for going over the Bandwidth limit?

HSphere updates bandwidth once a day (every 24 hours).
As far as bandwidth goes on our site it states:
"A dedicated IP can be purchased for $2 a month, extra accounts are $0.50 a month each, extra bandwidth is $0.50 per GB, and extra disk space is $0.25 per MB."
Hope that helps :). Let us know if you have anymore questions.

To update this question on adding more domain names to one:
Ok since I'm still a little new to H-Sphere here...I wasn't aware of a feature in H-Sphere and was just directed to it by Kevin. (I'm a DirectAdmin fan myself and have good experience in CPanel...Sorry about that I'm still learning more about H-Sphere capabilities :)...).
There is a feature for pointing two domains to the same place which is called domain aliasing.
You can add one domain to the control panel, then in that domain's configuration you can add more domains under the domain aliases section to get them all pointing to the same content.
