What's best for a reseller or designer?

Yes, I saw the reseller account but it seemed kind of high for me. The people that I would sell to would not want a hosting service they can log into. They wouldn't have a clue how to do that. They want webages, a blog, etc. I would be the admin.

I thought about the VPS but have no experience in it. I've considered just buying the basic service for each customer.

Maybe what I am describing shouldn't be called a reseller at all. I don't know.

With the reseller package you would be able to give each of those customers their own "basic" package. You would just manage them all from your own common account. it would allow you to access their accounts/sites in order to assist them, etc. and would likely be the solution you're looking for.

Why are you saying a basic account would work for each customer, but a reseller account to manage all those users in wouldn't work?
