    The Shared mail server has been taken down unexpectedly. It will be migrated to a new box with downtime between 30m-1h

    ...is no ETA. The new mail server has been brought up, but not online. We continue to work on it to make the box fully functional and will continue to update you. Thanks very much for your patience.
