We have also made adjustments, putting the two resolvers in separate locations, so that both will not be affected by the same issue again.

    I received email from steadfast. I appreciate that. I can adjust if I know the situation and just when service will be restored.

    Hay - stuff happens!!!

    I was not that upset with "the planet" because I know that if the fire department is involved they will always kill the power until they determine its safe.

    It's been a week now, and I just wanted to express my thanks for all the hard work you guys did. You were presented with a tough situation, and I think it was handled well.

    Personally, I'm ecstatic at the service I've received so far with Steadfast.

    Agreed. I have been very pleased with Steadfast over the years. They are one of the industries best kept secret (unfortunate for them, since they would obviously prefer to have more customers).
