Farewell
It has been a long time since I last posted on the Steadfast Networks blog. The last post I made was welcoming Senad as the newest member of the Steadfast Networks team. I regret that I have not utilized this tool to inform customers and other interested parties of the behind-the-scenes happenings here at Steadfast Networks.
Today, I am going to use this blog to explain a little bit about myself and my role with the company.
For three years now, I have been working full-time for Steadfast Networks. I have enjoyed my time at the company greatly. While not every situation has been a pleasure to deal with, all of the experiences I have encountered have helped shape the company into what it has become today. I have dealt with a lot of issues that have helped me personally, and I certainly appreciate the experience that this has left me.
Despite the good experience I have gained and the pleasure it has been to work with all of you, today has been my last day as an employee of Steadfast Networks. While I have not ruled out the possibility of assisting when and where needed, I will no longer be operating in the capacity in which I currently serve this company.
My departure is not an indication in any way of my thoughts on the direction of the company. In fact, it is quite the contrary. I feel completely comfortable with the state in which the company is at the present time. I believe that Steadfast Networks has a very strong and bright future as it continues to strive for excellence and leadership in the industries in which it is involved. Had I not been confident in its ability to continue at its current level, I would not have elected to leave at this time.
My departure is a personal decision to pursue other goals that I hold for my life. While I have enjoyed and would continue to enjoy my time at Steadfast Networks, it is not able to fulfill all of the desires that I have for life. Unfortunately, there are few jobs that could meet all expectations I have for myself. I appreciate the opportunities given to me here, and I look forward to using the experience I have been given in my future.
Finally, I want to thank all of the customers, vendors, employees, etc. of Steadfast Networks for the experience and time that I've been given here. I've enjoyed it a great deal, and I look forward to staying in touch with many of you. For the rest of you, I wish you the best of luck in all of your endeavors.
Thanks once again for everything. I truly do hold this as one of the best experiences of my life, and I will not forget these events that have shaped who I am.
Sincerely,
Ray Tetzloff

I'd like to personally thank you for all of the assistance you've provided me with over the years as a Steadfast client. I do hope that you find a daily endeavor that meets & exceeds your expectations.
It most certainly won't be the same without you around but I'm sure the other boys can pull up their socks ;)
God bless & take care :)
Thanks for all the help (and patience) you've given me over the last 7 or 8 months. I promise to be as annoying to the other guys as I was to you. ;)

Long time no contact and bother you. Today, I just contacted you via SF's Support Help Desk, and Justin told me you are no longer work for SF. Wow, I was really surprised. I can't believe it. Then I read your post in SF's blog, and now I believed that you left SF. It's really sad! Because in my mind, I always thought you are very honest, helpful, and the best support guy I have worked with. When I started to do business with SF, you have helped me A LOT OF things, including advice/suggestions. I will not forget everything you have done for my business. I do wish all the best of luck in your endeavors to pursue your goals. I hope we will stay in touch!
Once again, thanks for eveything you have done for us. We really appreciated and grateful your assistance!

I joined Steadfast only a few months ago and it was based on the reviews I read regarding the support. The times I have had call for your services may have been just a few times but they always important to a customer. You always handle my queries with patience and care. It was always a pleasure to deal with you. You never realise how import customer and technical support is until you need it. Well done and thanks for the great service.
Always remember, people will remember good service. they just may not shout about it as much as they do when things go wrong!
I wish you all the best in whatever you do next.
Robert

You made every single client matter (big or small), and that's a great quality!!! You'll be missed!!!
PS. Do you have a blog up running somewhere so that we time to time can see what and how you're doing?
We very much appreciate your help and service in the past. Always top rate and a big part imho of the quality service here at SF. Good luck with future endeavors.
