Data Center Construction Report - Feb. 17

Things really seem to be coming together now with the raised flooring going in, the mounts for the PDUs and HVAC units being installed, chilled water piping nearing completion, etc.

General Building:
Dock: Temporary tap gen box installed.
Vertical Risers: PDU feeds from 8th to 6th floor complete.
A/C condenser relocation: Condenser platform installed – awaiting condensers.

Basement Construction Progress Summary:
Existing Electrical Room: Temporary electrical service complete; transformer not
currently energized.
Boiler Room: Building stored items primarily removed.
Future Elec Room: Transfer switch installed.

7th Floor Construction Progress Summary:
Tennant: Moved misc. equipment into 7th floor storage area.
Doors: Complete except card readers and elec. strikes.
Floors: Complete. Tile trim req. at suite door.
Voice/Data Security: Card reader and elec. strikes req.

8th Floor Construction Progress Summary:
Walls: Toilet room walls framed-complete, door sills built, security mesh on-site.
Doors/Windows: Temp door, lock and peep hole installed.
Floors: Raised access floor approx 1/3 complete on S side of space.
Ceilings: E/W Uni-strut installation complete.
Voice/Data Security: Installation of blue color pipe for Steadfast security and yellow for data in-progress.
Electrical: Emergency lighting install in-progress, stair lighting, 400 amp panel wired, mechanical electric install in-progress.
Plumbing: Plumbing RPZ installed.
Fire Alarm: Installation of red color conduit and in-progress for CRAH units and
above ceiling.
Mechanical (Chilled water): Chilled water line installation in data center primarily complete. Pumps installed, compression tank hung, suction diffusers installed, air separator on-site, blind flanges installed for future connections.
Mechanical (Vent): Fan coil units hung and ductwork over offices in-progress,
economizer ductwork primarily complete.
Sprinklers: Turned pipe up, branch work and 2” wet main to office area in-
progress.
Finishes: Primer and first coat paint complete.
Miscellaneous: Temp freight elev and suite door installed. Mech conc housekeeping pads installed. Structural support for AHU-A penetration complete.

Roof Construction Progress Summary:
Exterior: Exhaust fan and piping cores penetrations complete.
Interior: Elec room – 2 hr partitions complete awaiting door.
Elec: DPRA installed and wired to HVDP8, lights installed.
