Data Center Construction Report - Dec. 23

This report arrived to me right after I left for the day on the 23rd and then the holidays arrived, so sorry for the delay.

Basement Construction Progress Summary:
Existing Electrical Room: Temporary transformer installed and wired; awaiting ComEd confirmation.

7th Floor Construction Progress Summary:
Demolition: Complete.
Walls: Painting in-progress
Doors: Doors & frames installed except double door and suite entry door. Door painting in-progress.
Floors: Completed except for wax. Anti-static wax applied next week.
Ceilings: Complete.
Voice/Data Security: Boxes installed, awaiting wiring
Millwork:    New cabinets installed including countertop. Awaiting sink & appliances

8th Floor Construction Progress Summary:
Demolition: Complete.
Walls: Partition framing complete – gypsum board not installed
Floors: Latex coat over carpet glue complete and sealed.
Ceilings: Uni-strut laid-out and anchors installed.
Electrical: Roughing in-progress for switching, lights, voice/data and security, new 20 amp, 42 circuit panel installed for office space/general use.
Plumbing: Minor plumbing work started.
