Getting Ready for the Small Business Entrepreneur Expo

Posted in Chicago, Tech Events on September 20th, 2013

Monday, September 30th kicks off Crain’s Small Business Week.  This event is the largest educational and business development event in the region. Thousands of business owners and entrepreneurs attend each year and have the opportunity to choose from over 30 sessions around the city and suburbs   All geared to help solve business owner’s problems and grow their company.

Not only will there be interesting programs, but businesses will be introduced to organizations whose mission includes helping small businesses. Participants can network with over 3,000 fellow small business owners and entrepreneurs, choose from “Hot Topic” sessions, and gain new insights for increased success.

As a grand finale, Steadfast will be exhibiting at the Chicago Small Business Entrepreneur Expo on Friday, October 5th.  This one day event is a great way for businesses and soon to be entrepreneurs to attend compelling and educational workshops and panel discussions, all under one roof.   The Expo will offer a full line-up of exciting sessions that feature discussion topics such as social media, marketing, internet business, etc.

We are proud to be involved with this event and to help contribute to the growth of Chicago start-ups.  We understand the growing pains and obstacles that come with a new business.  We feel it is our job to pay it forward and provide assistance and guidance for IT and hosting needs, as well as how to transition into the cloud.   As a way to help, we will be offering Free Cloud for a Month up to $100. This will provide a great way for companies to try out the Cloud for themselves. In addition, we will be offering free assessments to companies to help them enhance their IT infrastructure.

Make sure you stop by our booth at the Expo and say hello. The Small Business Expo takes place at UIC Forum, 725 West Roosevelt Road on Friday, October 4th from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  See you there.
