Data Center Construction Report - Jan. 13

OK, I'm never going to get caught up, but better late than never, right?  I figured I'd just skip a report and go right to the one from January 13.

Basement Construction Progress Summary:
Existing Electrical Room: Meter installed. CT’s installed and wired. Awaiting
ComEd confirmation for shutdown. Secondary side of transformer conduit
installation in progress to ATS.
Boiler Room: Demo of existing boilers and related piping primarily complete.

7th Floor Construction Progress Summary:
Demolition: Complete.
Walls: Complete.
Doors: Complete except card readers and elec. strikes.
Floors: Complete. Tile trim req. at suite door.
Ceilings: Complete.
Voice/Data Security: Card reader and elec. strikes req.
Millwork/Plumbing: Complete.

8th Floor Construction Progress Summary:
Demolition: Complete.
Walls: Framing complete – gypsum board materials arrive tomorrow. Blocking
installed for wall hung equip.
Doors/Windows: Office window frame installed, door frames on-site awaiting
installation.
Floors: Raised floor laid-out over the underlayment
Ceilings: Uni-strut threaded rod installation in-progress.
Voice/Data Security: Voice/data wiring pulled from 7th floor to IDF Room.
Electrical: Roughing in-continues, PDU conduits installation in-progress.
Plumbing: Plumbing toilets started today.
Fire Alarm: Not started
Mechanical: Not started
