Data Center Construction Report - Feb. 24

Things are looking good and still seem to be on schedule for opening in early April.

General Building:
Dock: Temporary tap gen box installed.
Vertical Risers: Hogan ground boxes installed.
A/C condenser relocation: Condenser platform installed – awaiting condensers.

Basement Construction Progress Summary:
Existing Electrical Room: Power completed to future water pumps. Transformer wiring complete.
Boiler Room: Building stored items primarily removed.
Future Elec Room: Transfer switch installed.

7th Floor Construction Progress Summary:
Tennant: Moved misc. equipment into 7th floor storage area.
Doors: Complete except card readers and elec. strikes.
Floors: Complete. Tile trim req. at suite door.
Voice/Data Security: Card reader and elec. strikes req.

8th Floor Construction Progress Summary:
Walls: Security mesh installed.
Doors/Windows: Doors on-site, stored on 4th floor.
Floors: Raised access floor approx 3/4 complete. Perf tiles in place, ramp in-progress.
Ceilings: E/W Uni-strut installation complete.
Voice/Data Security: Installation of blue color pipe for Steadfast security and yellow for data in-progress.
Electrical: Epo & lighting controls installed, wiring in-progress, equipment disconnects installed.
Plumbing: Drain pan installed under overhead lines, floor drain and cleanout installed.
Fire Alarm: Installation of red color conduit and in-progress for CRAH units and above ceiling.
Mechanical (Chilled water): Data center primarily complete. Work focused in mech room.
Mechanical (Vent): Office mech system near complete, humidistat install in-progress.
Sprinklers: Awaiting drop ceiling.
Finishes: Primer and first coat paint complete.

Roof Construction Progress Summary:
Exterior: Exhaust fan and piping cores penetrations complete.
Interior: Elec room – 2 hr partitions complete awaiting door.
Elec: Ground box installed.
